Dot’s Chicken Fingers

  • 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 C seasoned flour (pepper, paprika, salt)
  • 2 eggs – beaten
  • 2 cups Dot’s Pretzels – crushed

Coat chicken in flour, dust off excess.  Dip into the egg then into crushed pretzels.  Place aside until all have been coated.  Shallow fry in 3 Tbs of oil.
