- 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 C seasoned flour (pepper, paprika, salt)
- 2 eggs – beaten
- 2 cups Dot’s Pretzels – crushed
Coat chicken in flour, dust off excess. Dip into the egg then into crushed pretzels. Place aside until all have been coated. Shallow fry in 3 Tbs of oil.
